Payment and shipping terms
All prices include 25% VAT. Payment is via credit card, invoice, account or direct bank payment. We do not include contracts with persons who are not of age (18 years). We reserve the right to make any typos, final sale and price changes. Reservation for deviations in color reproduction on the website. We reserve the right to refuse an order. At the discovery of any false orders or attempted fraud will matter to the police.
Terms of Delivery
All goods are normally stock items and shipped usually the same day or the day after ordering. If an item is out of stock at the supplier or at our store the customer is notified of this after purchase along with an estimated delivery time.

We offer payment method Klarna Checkout in cooperation with Klarna AB.
You choose how you want to pay. Either with credit card, Klarna Invoice, Klarna Part Payment or online banking.

Pay the charge with Visa & Mastercard safely and securely over the Internet immediately after ordering. Your payment is handled by Payson. Your card details are sent directly to the bank and can not be read by anyone other than your bank. Money is reserved on your account when you place your order and will be deducted from your account at the time of delivery. Note that on a return or cancellation of orders that are paid by credit card can take a few business days for the money to become available again in your account, even if we drop the reservation the moment the cancellation is made. This is because the bank handling the current card purchases and is not something we can influence. Should you cancel your purchase, we make an immediate refund to you, it usually takes between 2-5 days.
Direct Bank Payment (in Sweden only)
You can pay directly through your internet bank (Swedbank, Handelsbanken, SEB and Nordea). Payson communicates securely with your bank. Your payment goes to Payson then pay us. No fee is charged when paying via direct bank.

Swish is a service where you can send money through your mobile number. Connect your mobile number through your bank.
Orders up to 499: - we charge shipping fee of 49: - in Sweden. Orders over 499: - shipping is free in Sweden. Posten is used as a distributor and all orders are sent by letter or package. Upon return, the customer pays for the return shipment (except for approved claims). Make sure you enter the correct shipping address! Priand AB does not replace the deliveries missed due incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
Returns and Return Policy
We apply the Consumer Agency's guidelines for right of return, which means you have full refund within 14 days from the date you received the goods. The product must be intact on arrival at Priand AB. The item you return must be complete in its original packaging, unused and unopened. No compensation can be paid if the goods have been used or opened.
You pay for the return shipping cost. Testers and customized special orders, we can not take in return. You have the right to cancel the order before it is sent from Priand AB stock. Would you like to do this, you should immediately contact us. Return is approved when the goods have been inspected by our staff and is expected to qualify for the right of return. Crediting the product is then dependent on the chosen payment method. If we sent the wrong item, we are for the cost of return. We resolve not to cash on delivery.
You must actively exercise your right to cancel by notifying the shop that you wish to cancel your purchase and return the product / products. The receiver is responsible for ensuring that the delivery and the products are unharmed when receiving the package. If you receive a damaged package on delivery, you should complain directly to the item's delivery. Take a picture of the damage and send to Priand AB. If you have any problems with packages or missing items must written notice sent via email to Priand AB. If you need to complain about the product because of manufacturing defects, please contact Priand AB. The cost of the return of the defect or defective product is replaced by Priand AB applying Consumer handling of complaints. A product can only be claimed at the workmanship. For example, a wrong color shade is not regarded as a complaint, but if you have not broken the packaging or otherwise tried content, we can assess whether replacement or repurchase may occur. We will send a new product (and even reimburse you for return shipping) as soon as we receive the defective product.
We apply a customer satisfaction guarantee for 30 days and will do anything for you to be happy with your purchase. Would you still be dissatisfied with our service, we follow the National Board guidelines.
It is up to you the customer to provide a valid and correct shipping address. If we receive a package sent to the wrong address, it is up to the customer to pay new shipping. If a packet has not been resolved on the record or not become uthämtat on delivery, we reserve the right to charge you for the costs incurred in connection with such return.

If a dispute arises between us and you, the customer, we ask for a solution with the help of General Complaints ( Allmäna Reklamationsnämnden ). We will follow the General Reklamantionsnämndens recommendation.
